Well-Known
If I were "well-known," would I really have to announce to the whole world that I was well-known? Donno, but that's just me.
Well-known Bible teacher Reverend* David Cho's sermon series this month will be on humility and the futility of fame.

Look at the sign.
Does it make any sense?
May 15-17 are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Churches typically meet on Sunday. And what is with 6:30 or 9 AM? 9 AM is understandable, but 6:30 AM?
Revered David Cho is usually still in a coma at 6:30 AM.
* I don't abbreviate such an important title and neither should you especially when you use it in conjunction with my name. Rest assured that my secretary will be talked to.

Congratulations. You have arrived!!
That's funny.

LOL!!
I think it should be The Reverend Mr.
(or Reverend Dr) rather than just Reverend.
I did a post on exactly this, I'll have to look it up. Come se my new site at http://misscellania.squarespace.com/
That post I mentioned is at http://snipurl.com/qoj0
?
David, you're weird but funny.
oh, btw, I thought you'd like this:
I passed a woman sitting in a car in a parkinglot reading a magazine. When I saw the title of the article she was reading I did a double-take and walked back just to get a look to make sure I got it right.
It read:
"Lose a pound a day on the Da Vinci Code Diet!"
I have nothing to say. I believe that speaks for itself.
Wait a minute, wait a minute Cho Cho, I didn't know you were a pastor. That's great!
Amen! I would love to hear your sermon this Sunday! Preach on!
So, should I call you Pastor or Father? heheheh
@ a thinker: There was a magazine that talked about THAT??? Weird.
which caffeinated beverage have you had too much of?? :P
Granny: Maybe, but I have seen something like Rev. James Stevenson PhD, MBA etc. etc.
cellania: That is a great post. Left a comment there. Loved that post.
dpt: I also have a preposition at the end of the sentence. Killing two birds with one stone.
thinker: I must be missing something. How does the Da Vinci Code and a diet go together?
Gig: Okay, so after I told the whole world how well known I was, your comment is you didn't know? LOL.
Heather: Reverend is fine :-)
elevated: No beverage. I am always like this.
Well, at least you have no false modesty.
I dunno. I'm simply guessing that some idiotic--sorry--*creative* women's magazine director took the opportunity to capitalize on the success of the book to sell a diet.
Watch your supermarkets--soon we'll be seeing prepackaged "Da Vinci Code Diet" meals!
I like this post.
you have such an awesome sense of humor.
I think your sign, from now on, should read "Well-known, World-famous, Everyone knows his name, Blogger Reverend David Cho (who is still in a coma at 6:30 AM)". That is, if the church has enough letters for their sign. Then you will be just Blog Rev. Mr. Cho.
B~
Thanks, Tuck.
Bruce, we will just have to make the sign bigger. Thanks for the suggestion, but I am still not sure if that will do justice to how well known I am.
Pastor "Cho Cho" I didn't know you were a pastor until I read this post.
(Uh... I am not a pastor as more than Brotha Buck is...)
