Overheard cell phone conversation
To quickly set the stage....
This woman was talking on the phone in the parking lot of a grocery store in Laguna Beach. Parking is a premium in this beach town and tow trucks routinely haul away cars, catching off guard people who sneak in their cars into the parking lot and expect to get away with it.
Woman: "You have my Mercedes-Benz. You towed it away?"
Woman: "How did you tow it away?"
(pause)
Woman: "Ha, ha. That's very funny."

I was mountain biking in the desert today, in the middle of nowhere behind my house. It's about 5 square miles of wilderness, catus, and Joshua trees. I always bring my cell phone for saftey. It rings. I'm going down a steep hill, pause, get off, and answer the phone. It's my mom. While I'm talking, a guy on foot walks down the dirt path, right by me. I'm thinking, can't I have a private chat anywhere?
heheheh, you know what the tow truck driver told her. heheh
But, Will is right...no matter where you go, you can't have a private conversation.
If you were Chinese you would have asked her what the tow truck driver said.
ok I am really tired OR having one of those blond moments...

I don't have desert where i live, are there mountains in the desert?
It kinda sounds like a funny oxymoron.
What did the tow truck driver say?
Your guess is as good as mine. She asked how the tow truck driver towed her car away. With a tow truck, of course. How else is one supposed to tow a car away?
