I'll look for you! This will be the second time I've seen him at Pacific.
But...I don't have tickets yet. I kind of overspent my concert budget but am working on a "deal" :)

I'll grant it's an odd picture you posted of him, but do people not really recognize the great and powerful wizard?!
The picture is from a show he did on the same day as filming some movie scenes. He kept the wig and other props on for the show!

Bob Dylan has one of the most fascinating voices in American music. For me, he has an amazing voice. (I should say "had" since I don't care for his voice for the last 10-12 years, as he has aged.)
He never had a whole lot of range -- and his range now is about as wide as a straw -- but his phrasing, the way he emphasizes certain words on certain lines, never the same way twice, is unmatched in American music.
You could listen to the same song from 30 consecutive concerts and be transfixed by the unique delivery of each one.
All commenters have my permission to eat this San Nakji guy alive.

Before I call him a moron, I'd like to know how much of Dylan's music San Nakji has actually heard.
Different strokes and all that, but Dylan has done such different stuff for the last 45 years -- and sounded completely different year to year while doing it -- that I think it's impossible for him/her not to like something.
Over the course of 4 years in the late 70s, he went from what might be his best album "Blood on the Tracks" to the flat-out rock of his tour with the Band, to the Rolling Thunder Revue, to the Street Legal LP/tour, then on to the Christian stuff. In 4 YEARS!
